The application comes first.
Everything starts with the application. It takes a few minutes, and it's the only intake we use — no discovery-call calendars, no sales sequence, no routing to an assistant.
Every application is read personally by Collin. If there's a fit, you'll hear back directly with next steps. If there isn't, you'll hear that too — we don't leave applications hanging.
We keep the client roster deliberately small. Each engagement gets full strategic attention and a real operating system at the end. Selectivity is a feature, not a constraint.
